Is the entire episode in 3D? Where do I get glasses?
I believe so. The glasses were given out in various supermarkets as a promotion for Super Bowl XLIII. (They are special ColorCode™ glasses with yellow and blue lenses, so the standard red-and-blue glasses won’t work.)
The NBC website has a list of places they are supposed to be available. It depends where you are. If found mine at a CVS near my home, after trying another CVS and a Target. Good luck, and enjoy!

My gf got some for the Super Bowl at a 7-11.
I’m pretty irritated at this damn 3D trend lately. I’m basically blind in my right eye, and my wife is completely blind in hers, so 3D projection is just a quick route to eyestrain-induced headachesville for both of us.
Has anyone heard whether the episode will be available in 2D for the rest of us?
This new 3D process is supposed to kinder to those with no glasses, so you’ll be able to watch the same broadcast in 2D.

I suppose. After watching the SuperBowl 3D ads with the glasses, I rewound my TiVo and watched again without. They were mostly watchable, but there was a noticeable blue “halo” around everything and everyone, more prominent for the “closer” things.
I am very confident in predicting that, once again, the 3D “craze” will not catch on. Wearing the glasses was rather annoying, even for a couple of minutes. I plan to try watching all of “Chuck” with the glasses, but no bets on whether I’m actually able to make it or not.
I saw the 3D ads twice, once with and one without. It’s not at all bad without the glasses, and quite frankly I don’t think I could take more than a couple of minutes of the 3D stuff. It’s quite a strain to watch. I plan on watching Chuck mostly without.
My grocery store was out of glasses I’ve been looking forward to the new episode of Chuck for so long too!
