Tomorrow's NSW state election (26 March) - any predictions?

Apologies for reviving a zombie thread, but some vampires just won’t die even after the stake and silver bullet have been used.

Hanson to challenge NSW vote count

The apparently uncounted votes (about 1,200) aren’t sufficient to get her across the line on first preferences, but there might be others found and the bizantine preference flows between minor and micro parties might alter the order of elimination and consequently the result.

I really hope not.

Gahhh, zombies, please just kill off the dammed zombies

Hanson took her challenge to the Court of Disputed Returns. After a delay when they couldn’t produce their key witness, one Michael Rattner, the claim was dismissed when it was discovered that Rattner wasn’t a source, or have access to a source within the NSW Electoral Commission but a fraudster/prankster.

Hanson challenge based on a confidence trick

But just to make the sweet victory for the greater public good taste astringent, the court has determined Pauline should not be required to pay the costs of the challenge, something around $100k.

So this publically funded electoral hydra still lives on.
