Caught a bit of an infomercial for this, and it looks like fun! Is it, does anyone know? Any info you can offer would be appreciated. I’d want it mostly for the exercise, like getting my heart pumping!:o

I own a similar exercise machine, and I like it. Also, some years ago, I owned a set of Tony Little workout videos and they were great! He’s annoying sometimes, but the videos really delivered on what they promised (visible results in 3 weeks), so I would feel okay ordering another one of his products.
