My local gamestore has several very cheap (9.99) copies of Too Human
on sale. I know it’s supposed to not be great. Is it woth picking up as a bargain or is it just not worth bothering with at all.
For 10 bucks it’s probably worth it. It’s a beautiful game with an intriguing premise that loses a lot in the execution.
And the combat is wonky and repetitious. And the death animation that you can’t bypass is annoying. I never played multi-player, however. But the single-player is decent.
Basically it’s a game that had potential to be alot more than what it was. So if you have 10 dollars to burn, you could do worse. But you could probably do better as well.
Never mind, they’d sold out. Should have been quicker of the mark.:smack:. But i’m not very fussed.
I found the game pretty unplayable, to be honest. The combat system was absolutely atrocious. Basically you use the right stick for combat, meaning the camera sucks cause it’s hard to control, and combos were a pain to pull off due to needing to move the right stick at all sorts of angels and such. I found myself just doing the dash-in-hit-enemy-in-air combo over and over and over and over and over again and doing anything else seemed an accomplishment in and of itself. The story was supposed to be pretty good, but the voice acting was par at best, imo. I played for a couple hours than just gave up. I play video games for enjoyment, not tedium.
