Those two were easy. Number 3 changed about half a dozen times as I was reading through the responses in this thread. For the moment, it’s:

High and Dry is a good’un. Also, from the same record, Think.
Angie
Gimme Shelter
Sister Morphine
Damn, this is harder than it seems.
All Down the Line. And by this I mean any track off of ‘Exile on Main Street’. Any track.
Anybody Seen My Baby. Got a problem with this? Bite me.
Wild Horses.
Dead Flowers.
Damn, this IS harder than it seems.
What can I say? Their version of “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg” is the iconic one to me.
If I had to replace it on my list, I’d go with Mother’s Little Helper.
Sister Morphine
Street Fighting Men
Fool to Cry
Gimme Shelter
Honky Tonk Women
Brown Sugar
Honorable mention:
The Last Time
Can’t You Hear Me Knocking

*Far Away Eyes
Little T & A*
Too many to pick.
Sympathy for the Devil
Paint it Black
Amanda Jones
though there are lots of others mentioned here, especially Gimmie Shelter, which could easily be in the top 3.
Same here. The opening riff to …Knocking is probably one of the best rock and roll riffs ever crafted. Just nasty and greasy.
Same three for me too.
only three?
