I do feel compelled to note that two of my favorite Duane Allman performances take place outside the ABB, back when he was a session player at Muscle Shoals: Loan Me a Dime by Boz Skaggs and Hey Jude by Wilson Pickett.

The best live album ever made was Live at Fillmore East. In March, 1971 (Hendrix had already died) Duane Allman was the best electric guitar player on the planet!
