Just a footnote–
During the 60s and 70s, White Castle claimed in their advertising that a child could grow and develop normally on a diet of just sliders and milk.
My parents still hated to let me eat there, so I became scarred for life. Now I live in Maine, where there are no White Castles. Sob.
By the way, a question for your research team – why ARE they called sliders???
