Tracking the special Congressional elections and the partisan shift

There’s a website that has a spreadsheet of all the special elections since Trump’s been in office that also shows the swing +/- D/R from the 2016 election. But I can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? If so, can you link?
