Trim Spa Questions

Has anyone tried Trim Spa (the weight loss stuff)? Are any of the ingredients potentially harmful?

TRIM SPA
Thermogenic Herbal Concentrates
Guarana Seed Extract (60mg caffeine), Mua Huang extract (15 mg ephedra alkoloids) (aerial parts),

Caffeine and ephedra = great debate over whether these are safe.

Companies using these types of stimulants are now defending themselves from what appears to be a number of deaths, and a great number of adverse reactions.

No matter what they use, ‘thermogenic stimulants’ ultimately raise your heartbeat and make you hyper…maybe even shakey…to a certain degree.

They seem to be just a little too much stimulant for a few too many people…that’s the best way to put it.

There is no lazy way around weight loss. Eat right, exercise, etc. Do the math x calories = x weight…etc.

Thermogenic weight loss products don’t have great scientific data backing them up, just anecdotal evidence, pending lawsuits and alot of people who bailed on them because they felt shakey, lightheaded and thought their heart was going to explode.

"CAUTION!

Note: TrimSpa contains ephedrine together with other herbs that include caffeine. It is a powerful combination that is so aggressive at increasing cardiovascular output (similar to exercising) that we want our customers to be fully informed about the ingredients.

Texas law requiries us to state: This product [Trim Spa] has ephedrine group alkaloids in the form of herbal extracts and may cause serious adverse health effects. Read the label and follow directions."

Nice warning on the label. Skip using it and do yourself a favor.

You can get it without ephedrine. I tried it and it works - however, you can sit on the couch with a six pack - as they’d like you to think.

Rather, you can’t sit on the couch with a six pack
