A witness is said to testify in the narrative when they simply recount events without any questions in chief from their lawyer. It is usually taken as an indication that their own lawyer believes there are serious difficulties with the veracity of the client’s testimony.

As a young man growing up in Canton, he worked construction on the pro building one summer, before heading off to Notre Dame, making him the only member of a major North American sports Hall of Fame to have helped build it.

The bust was found and returned a few days later. I was visiting the Hall of Fame, saw the missing bust’s location, and an hour or two later it was returned. I doubled back and saw it back in its rightful place.

President William McKinley, Republican of Ohio, was born in Niles, Ohio but lived in Canton at the time of his 1896 election. His chief campaign advisor - or kingmaker, as some political cynics considered him - was Marcus Hanna, born and raised in nearby New Lisbon (now Lisbon), Ohio.
Mark Hanna is entombed in Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland, along with lawman Eliot Ness, beanball-killed ballplayer Ray Chapman, President James A. Garfield, black inventor Garrett Morgan, and ground-beef-steak inventor James Salisbury, among many others.
Mt. McKinley is North America’s highest peak, and was named in 1896 for the president by a prospector. Known as “Denali” by Alaska’s Koyukon Athabaskans, the name became the center of dispute between Alaska and Ohio politicians. McKinley was recognized as the official name from 1917 until 2015, when the Department of the Interior finally changed it to “Denali”.

Aconcagua is located in the Andes Mountain range, in the Mendoza Province, Argentina. No hard records are kept about Aconcagua ascents, but the Provincial Park reports a success rate of about 60% of climbers who attempt the mountain. It is considered a "technically easy’ mountain to climb, but deaths do occur.

Jonathan Harris, an American character actor, was best known for playing the villain Dr. Zachary Smith of the 1960s science fiction series Lost in Space. He did not appear in the pilot episode, but his interpretation of Dr. Smith as a whiny, prissy coward ended up making him the star attraction for the three years the series ran.
Guy Williams was supposed to be the star of Lost In Space, after his success in Zorro and before Jonathan Harris became a central character.
For Disney’s Zorro, Walt Disney himself interviewed Guy Williams, telling him to start growing a mustache “neither very long or thick.” The exclusive contract paid Williams $2,500 per week, as he had demanded, a high wage for that time. Although Man may be sleepy, that changes once a year. The International Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) Race is an annual motorcycle sport event run on the Isle of Man in May or June of most years since its inaugural race in 1907. It has been traditionally run in a time-trial format on public roads closed for racing by the provisions of an Act of Tynwald (the parliament of the Isle of Man). The event consists of one week of practice sessions followed by one week of racing. It has been a tradition perhaps started by racing competitors in the early 1920s for spectators to tour the Snaefell Mountain Course on motorcycles during the Isle of Man TT on “Mad Sunday”, an informal and unofficial sanctioned event held on the Sunday between ‘Practice Week’ and ‘Race Week.’
