But it’s a distinction with little difference as to whether or not they’re trolling. I’d vote maybe for now. A couple more militantly stupid responses, and it’d tip things for me.

I understand why they decided to go with the name Guardians as the last 5 letters are the same but that is such a horrible name for a professional sports team IMO. This may be a good discussion to have, but it is a hijack to this thread. The intent of this thread is to discuss a perceived lack of response on the part of Democrats concerning threats to American democracy itself.
Some of General Tang’s points are worth discussing, just not there. It doesn’t even seem so much like trolling to me, and looking at GT’s other contributions to the board, I don’t think they are a troll. Unless something is really going over my head here. (Which is definitely possible.)

They eventually accepted some of the arguments though. Could still be a troll that prefers time limited performances, but could also be someone desperate for a different answer than what their own logic produces.
Maybe. I’m looking at their posting history, and they aren’t a single-topic poster, and they’ve had some decent contributions. It doesn’t ping my trolldar. As my last post said, it could be going over my head.
Maybe a sock, though. It’s a new poster that hit the ground running, for certain. That seems unusual for me to start brand new and be so active and comfortable in the community. But that could just be me being overly cynical.
