Trolls R Us Resurrections

Still better than “should liberals stop talking about social issues”.

Yeah, Cham2 reads like a full on Trock, JAQ and concern trolling and all, looking for a gotcha moment. Fishy may have been your rando internet CT crazy who found a new pond to splash in.

Now chappachula has decided to give Cham2 some moral support. The latter however insists he is a “moderate” and hasn’t voted GOP in “ions”…classic concern troll stance, and one we’ve seen many times by now.

I went back through a bunch of chappie’s posts over the last few years – he’s another one of those who’s constantly doom-and-gloom for the Democrats, that they’re supposedly always ignoring “flyover country”, always going too far left, and always doomed for the next election. It’s like he’s the NYT Opinion page come to life. Very boring stuff. I don’t think he’s a troll, just has very boomer-Democrat views on politics.

For those not familiar with some of the more advanced units of time, the official standard of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures defines an ion as 33.2 Scaramuccis.

While we’re at it the MAGA Fortnight = sqrt(-1) * metric fortnight

No one said there would be math in the Troll thread. :rage:

Did anyone say there wouldn’t be?

BTW: Pop Quiz on Monday.

Fake Quiz!

Only a troll would announce a pop quiz for Monday on a Saturday afternoon.

W_E has been corrupted by the Troll-side of the Force, as happens many formerly honorable Jedi Troll Hunters!

… coach sez I have to practice Monday. Sorry.

I did not.

Oh,Oh!! < raises hand >

Will this be covering all carbonated beverages, or just pop?

… uh, a different coach. You wouldn’t know him. He lives in Niagra Falls … uh, except when he’s coaching me, yeah, that’s the ticket!

Swim coach or diving coach?

Barrel! Duh!

If he says “your turn in the barrel”, RUN!
I can help with that.

Perhaps I should elicidate, since some here are concerned about math and the pending pop quiz, and especially since the term “fortnight” is a Britishism rarely used in North America. It comes from the Old English fēowertīene niht, meaning “fourteen nights” (or equivalently, “fourteen days”); hence, “two weeks” (1.27 Scaramuccis). The MAGA fortnight (scientific abbreviation Mf) is a fortnight that includes the imaginary component i, and has been an important measure of time in American politics since about 2016, and denotes a period of imaginary time after which some momentous event (such as the magical disappearance of a plague) is supposed to happen, but doesn’t. This is because, according to the rules of math, the imaginary factor in the Mf causes the promised event to become imaginary as well.

But how many microLenats would result from such a quiz???

~Max

Wouldn’t that then make it a contagious number?
