Someone should sample Christopher Walken saying this phrase; it would sound good in a hip-hop or dance music track.
never mind…
Thank you Kind Sir. My quatloo hoard is restored and I have no need of @Atamasama’s most excellent avatar.
Your envelope will be delivered gladly next Tuesday. With some Wimpyburgers.
That looks pretty good to me, but both dark chocolate and marzipan are very polarizing dessert items.
Yeah, dark chocolate is awesome. Marzipan absolutely is not.
I’m partial to the rum raisin - I have a thing for rum raisin ice cream as well.
Marzipan is fine, for edible sculpture, for a super-elaborate dessert like a wedding cake. But I’d never eat it just for its own sake.
You know what goes really well with chocolate, though? More chocolate.
Thank heavens they come with hazelnuts, to which I am violently allergic, otherwise I would already be stuffing my face with these, new to me, delights.
I’m getting a little worried about all the attention in the Trolls thread…
You know, personally I’d be more comfortable about possibly being mentioned in the Trolls thread than the fact that far too many people are indicating that they… hunger… for you. Or in the words of Dib from Invader Zim…
I really need to watch that. I’ve only seen clips and it’s so weird.
We can change the subject to the Selena Gomez cinnamon flavored Oreos. (Oreo should be paying me for all my mentions of these, here and everywhere I go.)
By the way, the rube in me must ask: What is marzipan, actually?
Ground almonds and sugar, made into a paste.
Oh, that sounds good!
Delightfully so, if of course, you’re into that sort of thing. I have the OG series on DVD many of the comics, and of course, have watched the semi-recent movie version “Enter the Florpus” on Netflix.
It’s delicious.
(I note that opinions vary. That, however, is mine.)
Is there a cinnamon variety?
(Almonds and cinnamon and sugar… I need a drool mop.)
That’s my opinion, too. I’ve had my eye on @Rittersport for quite some time.
Seriously, with the dark chocolate, it’s sublime (to some)!
Aldi does (or did, I haven’t been there for years) a version with
dark chocolate covered marzipan with small pineapple bits in it.
Yum-tastic-amundo.
Try stuffing dates (I recommend Medjool) with marzipan. They’re delicious, and a very classy hors d’oeuvre.
