I guess I’m the only one who prefers oatmeal raisin cookies to choco chip cookies.

Oatmeal cookies are good with butterscotch chips and walnuts.
I have had them and they are fantastic.
Even better to have 2 with frosting in between as a huge sandwich cookie. It’s divine.
Toll House cookies are also excellent with M&Ms, butterscotch chips, or Heath Bar crumbles (or whatever they’re called).
Toffee chips. And yes, delicious.
Speaking of toffee chips, I’ve made my own version of Ben & Jerry’s Coffee Heath Bar Crunch. With a bit if Kahlúa, IIRC.

Kedikat also expresses dismay in another thread that the PM and Deputy PM of Poland, along with the Slovenian PM, visited Kyiv to confer with Zelensky. They endangered themselves and that could have led to a terrible escalation in the war. The main danger? Ukrainians could have killed them!
That rant was before the British PM and senior US officials also visited Kyiv.
Ukrainian surname, eh? I bet it also sounds distinctly Russian, you fucking Putin stooge.
Not even Putin believes it was justified, as that leaked news report proved. It was all just about taking over Ukraine and going against its people’s wishes: old school imperialism. He literally pushed it as restoring Greater Russia.
You have to be rather democracy and self governance to fall for this rhetoric at this point.
Kedikat has been mentioned in this thread before.
And I suspect the reason for this is not that Kedikat is Russian (as Russian trolling has been down since the war started and funding was cut off), but that they are in that one intersection of the US right and Russian propaganda. They likely watch people like Tucker Carlson who have pushed the idea that Russia was justified, using the same conspiracy theories Putin has pushed.
Part of my previous post should have read “You have to be rather against democracy and self governance to fall for this”—which is exactly what I think is the issue here. You have to think that one sovereign country has the right to force its will on another sovereign country. Rather than try to get Ukraine to want to be part of Russia, Putin tried to force it.
The imperialist and authoritarian factions in the US realize that a war against those concepts would damage them. And that they’d already gotten their usually uber-patriotic base to sympathize with Russia before.
