This reminds me of a card trick.
The first part involves getting someone to pick a card, and you know the card. (For example, one time a roommate had his trunk unlocked. I slipped a card in there before he locked it. Later I played the trick. There are a number of other ways to do this.)
Let’s say it’s the 9 of hearts.
Ask, “Pick any two suits”. If the mark says “hearts and spades”, you ask, “OK, pick one of those”. If he said “spades and clubs”, you respond “OK, what does that leave us?” and the answer is “hearts and diamonds”.
For any answer, if it’s the “right” one, you go that way. If it’s the wrong one, you go the other way. Include what you want, exclude what you don’t.

I’m trying to imagine how you think this works. Do you believe that when there is a hurricane, every meteorologist in the country needs to convene in one place and watch the storm together?
