I note there is a famous golfing photo of him in white shorts. I would not wear white shorts if I had such a condition.
He seems to wear a suit with a coat an awful lot. That might be an indication in the other direction.
He rarely eats with anyone much more than family. He rarely eats out.
On the other hand, he avoids leaving home except to visit locations well-known to him. He said he “likes to sleep in his own bed.” There may be more to it than that.
His age would be a risk factor, I suppose.
If it’s the photo I’m thinking of, I find it very disturbing. Not that there’s a [fake] buttstain (which there isn’t), but that he clearly wears tighty-whities. I don’t need to know that, and I can’t un-see it.
As much as I don’t want to know details of Trump’s bowels, I’d really like to know why he drinks water so strangely.
Every time I see him take a sip of water, it looks like he’s never handled a glass before.

I have an essential tremor (that’s been only moderately helped by deep brain stimulus probes in my head). I occasionally have to pick up a drinking glass that way.
That can’t be Trump’s problem, though. We were told by his physician that he is the healthiest president ever.

I doubt if Trump is incontinent, for he gushes so much defecate derision out of his mouth on a constant basis that he would die of dehydration if he were to also dribble out of his asshole.
Could be some type of medication he IS taking (he does have heart problems and such, IIRC) A lot of medication can make you really thirsty. I can definitely vouch for that.
Otherwise, I’d rather not think about whether or not Trump’s incontinent. shudder
