First, I don’t disagree that it’s a scam or that Trump is grifting the rubes.
But I can tell you, using publicly available information at this second, that 10 cards were bought and sold in the last 15 minutes and that the last card sold was Trump in a hunting outfit, black dog at his side, in front of a background based on the Hollywood sign that says TrumpWorld. That card sold for .65 ETH or 764.17. It was card #38411 in the series of 45000.
It was sold by user name 76CC06 name and bought by user name icpsmaug. 76CC06 owns 15 NFT’s in this wallet, 3 of those are Trump cards. ispsmaug owns 26 NFT’s in this wallet, all of them Trump cards.
There is a wealth of information on the blockchain. Granted, critical information, such as who actually owns each wallet, are not publicly available, and none of this changes my opinion that cryptocurrency or NFT’s in general and Trump cards in particular, are a scam because there is no underlying value to the product and the price manipulation is crazy, but it’s just not true that there is no data on trade volumes and pricing, etc.
I honestly don’t understand NFT’s.
Sure I have value in my retirement accounts, and can’t hold the money. But they are held to some accountability.
But really? A picture of a moron pretending to be some sort or hero?
This is why democracy is in deep, deep trouble.

I always thought his Ross Perot was much more fun and accurate. He had to invent mannerisms for Bush. Developing that caricature was like carving a block of wood.
I’m not sure if he “nailed it” but the Jim Carrey impressions are at least very entertaining.
In fairness to Euphonious Polemic, he did say no oversight into insider trading. This is broadly true for crypto, since the real-world identities of buyers, sellers, and holders are only as public to the extent that the involved parties wish to be public.
Or accidentally reveal themselves. I’ve followed some of the people who investigate crypto scams (my favorite is Coffeezilla but he’s not the only one), and some people will put their crypto wallet ID in a tweet or on Twitch or some other public place without thinking of the ramifications. Or, they’ll say that they bought a particular NFT on this day, and you check the blockchain and see that a particular wallet on this particular day bought that NFT, and now you know who owns that wallet.
Is that second one US dollars?
