Well whatever it is, I wish every citizen in the world is equally eligible for an equivalent amount in his/her country **regardless of Govt. Budgetary constraints **
Sorry. Nearly 50 million on food stamps.*
Then go vote, and tell your friends and family to vote for candidates who will support those things. Oh, and work harder until you are the largest economy in the world with the most stable currency that other countries can’t wait to loan money. That helps too.
He prefers to engage in the badly disguised racism and hating behind his pretended soft mask.
When I mentioned ‘regardless of budgetary constraints’ , it means something to be done on global scale. (Like giving out money for free, of course based on criteria and properly scrutinising)
You favor a world government?
Not exactly. But Govts. giving up some powers for some arrangement that I suggested in last post.
1st step probably would be getting out of GDP ‘growth’ terminology for richer nations . it’s actually just debt growth. Today this sounds less ridiculous than it is. Tomorrow when the OECD population peaks and starts reducing and debt levels are already very high and going higher, it will look proper ridiculous. Do you know Japanese and Koreans are expected to become extinct in 700 yrs they go on at similar fertility rates?
Why would the voters in wealthy countries choose to do that? What’s in it for them?
Have the Japanese and Korean birth rates remained the same for the last 700 years?
It doesn’t mean they will actually go extinct. But these are lasting trends for a long time and have made an impact on demographic pyramid. Don’t be surprised if demographic chart starts to resemble an inverse pyramid rather than a pyramid in countries like Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Italy, Germany etc
What’s in it for wealthier nations - transparency, no need to have elevated debt levels on Govt. balance sheets(provided world starts giving free money to the needy as mentioned in my 2nd last post).
You are almost astoundingly stupid.
I know I will regret this, but why would giving away free money reduce the debt level of rich countries?
I dislike Trump as much as, if not more, than the next guy. But, I’m not on board with the mere writing of his name being akin to a hate crime.
Some of the anti-Trump stuff makes us look like what Foxnews pretends that we all are.
Because the country won’t be paying the money, a world body will be paying it. It doesn’t go into Govt’s balance sheet.
The same will be done in every country for needy people. Biometrics can help with proper distribution w/o leakages or corruption.
These amounts of money will be decided based on cost of living and will be changed every year based on CPI inflation.
For ex. if for USA the amount is $29 per week, it could be $5 per week for another country. These calculations would be managed by the world body. (Govts. may need to give up some powers for the system to work).
As I read the article, it’s not the writing of his name itself that’s the issue. It’s that someone wrote it all over campus in the middle of the night. I’d be pretty pissed off if I got up and someone had written Trump slogans all over my driveway and house. The “hate speech” label seems to be coming from media.
As far as college students being overly sensitive, I’ll give you that. In this case, I can see why some of them felt that the action was done to intimidate. The ongoing kerfuffle on the other hand does seem overly dramatic.
And where does the world body get the money?
Writing in chalk on the sidewalk is pretty standard practice on college campuses, in my experience.
Ah, well, he does a good enough act to win the Ulster Protestant vote, anyway. ![]()
It can print unlimited amounts of money just like presently, the richer nations are incurring large amounts of debt which are tending towards infinity.
Something like the Eurozone or the EU, on a global scale?
