Trump Pressured Georgia Official to ‘Find’ Enough Votes to Overturn Election

They do until they’re ready to implement a national ban on abortion. They only believe in states’ rights as long as it benefits them. They’ll dump all states’ rights as soon as they have total control of the federal government.

Note, though, that Graham has admitted to the call, and discussed throwing out votes, despite the fact that it is inherently suspicious for the Senator from South Carolina to discuss with Georgia’s Secretary of State how Georgia should count its votes in a contested election.

Good. My state can stomp any five of theirs and then go out for pancakes. They think it would be fun to live in a dictatorship? We’ll disabuse them of that notion real quick.

He needed “one more than what we have”. Most states, when the margin of victory is small enough, it triggers an automatic recount, right? That would have been interesting.

Which state is that , out of curiosity?

Afraid?

No. I’m just assuming it’s one of the bigger ones, unless Rhode Island has some secrets I don’t know about.

Hey, ya gotta wonder: where do Rhode Islanders go at night?

And of course, most people think their state is the best. 49 of them are wrong.

Oh, Lord, it’s hard to be humble…

Early on in the call, he says he won by 400,000. Has that specific number come up before or since?

I’ll tell you all about it, in two weeks.

Looks like Georgia is heating up a bit. This one is really condemning and easy to prove. With this individual one, having state and federal is very important. Keep the possibility of pardons low.

Unfortunately not as low as some other states. All it takes is a MAGA governor and Trump is back out on the street.

Maybe Trump shouldn’t have been such an asshole to Brian Kemp.

(Although I believe Kemp is corrupt enough to do it anyway.)

Masterful use of the language! Bravo!

I thought the Georgia governor cannot pardon…

You’re right, ignorance fought.

He can’t, now. But they can change that law if they choose.

Looks like it would take a state constitutional amendment to change the current board’s powers.
