Trump solving eight wars - Has he done anything at all remotely close to this?

Israel and Iran: There was a brief, 12 day “hot war”, which he helped negotiate an end to, but their cold war is continuing and can flare up at any time. Nothing approaching peace has occurred there.

He was also heavily involved in that one starting, so…

Cambodia and Thailand: There was a conflict, but it doesn’t seem to have escalated to a true war, and all Trump did was again help negotiate a ceasefire. Now, he did achieve that pretty much on his own, by threatening tariffs on both countries (so his tariffs have actually been used in a productive way, that’s a miracle). But claiming to have ended a war here is a huge exaggeration.

Yes, there’s a long-running border conflict not quite at “war” level but involving occasional skirmishes. Basically what happens is that when Trump remembers to look at them and threaten tariffs they pause for a few days until he’s distracted by the next shiny thing and then they start up again.
