Turbo Yahtzee

Did anyone get Turbo Yahtzee for Christmas? What is it, exactly? Is it just Yahtzee (with digitial dice, I presume) wher one plays against the clock to make split-second decisions instead of making more leisurely strategic decisions?

For classic Yahtzee fans, is it worth buying?

No, but I did get Digital Monopoly. The key is to buy properties and then sell them to companies that you secretly control, allowing you to hide debt and operating expenses.

Just kidding. I don’t celebrate Christmas.

I’ll turn this joke into a fact: although Hasbro has never made a digital version of Monopoly, they did make an electronic Playmaster accessory in the 1970s. This attached to the game board and added auctions to the game, and also replaced the dice and kept track of properties owned.

Based on Hasbro’s website, Yahtzee Turbo (note correct order of words) is a card-and-dice game- you have to roll the dice to match the pattern on the card while racing the clock.
