Turducken Questions

A number of years ago, on this very message board, I first read of the mighty turducken. I certainly do not have enough faith in my ability to adequately fillet an entire bird while leaving it whole! So imagine my delight upon discovering that not only can turduckens be purchased online, but they’re not as pricey as I had assumed they would be!

So here are a couple of questions: any idea what a reputable site for ordering turducken might be? (We are set on having one for Christmas dinner).
How do you make a gravy for it if it comes fully cooked already? Do you just heat it up on low in the oven and hope for enough drippings? Do you make a generic brown gravy? What?

Answers to these questions, as well as general turducken information will be much appreciated!

Cajun Grocers sells them.

You don’t want one that is pre-cooked. I’ve never heard of anyone selling them already cooked. They are usually sold raw and frozen so once they are thawed (like any turkey) you will get enough drippings to make gravy.
