What are or were the Giraffe Boards.
It is (was?) a message board started by a member of this board. Because of that connection, there are a number of people who post both here and there.
The OP is referring to the fact that on a couple of occasions when this board has been shut down due to technical issues, a lot of people from here started posting on the Giraffe board.
I cannot believe that the current vote between Sally Forth and Baby Blues is so close. Sally Forth is one of the best comic strips being currently produced and Baby Blues is just pedestrian. It looks like Sally Forth will advance but there is no way that it should have been in this kind of danger in Round 1.

The same was true for me as recently as when Sunny Daze posted but it is finally working for me now.
That’s what I was seeing yesterday. It’s weird. I’m able to see it now. Some people can only see one thread or forum, and some people can see everything.
I’ll see if I can find out anything more concrete.
