TV crushes

Well, the only ones that I’ve ever seen he just provided voices for.

Amy Acker as Fred (Winifred Burkle). Ah, Fred.

Liz Claman and Jean Chatzky from CNBC. Jean’s the sassy brunette with big eyes and hot legs; Liz’s the elegant redhead with sensuous lips and a handsome chestual endowment.

omigawd - how could I have left **Patrick Stewart ** off my list!!!

I could start a whole thread unto myself, but I’ll give the highlights…

Sara Gilbert on Roseanne provided the first evidence of my heterosexuality (ironically)

Kirstie Alley on Cheers

Larisa Oleynik as Alex Mack (I made her a sandwich once)

Parminder Nagra is why I watch ER, though Linda Ciardinelli and Maura Tierny don’t hurt at all.

Jewel Staite in Firefly

Ding ding ding! crushes along with you

Also, Gary Dourdan and George Eads (of CSI as well), Jesse L. Martin, Dominic Monaghan, Daniel Dae Kim, Kiefer Sutherland, and Carlos Bernard. Mmmmm.

Although they’re a bit scrawnier than what I usually dig:

  1. Marin Hinkle-- Alan’s ex-wife of “Two and a Half Men”. Though I do agree with another poster that the girl who plays Rose on that show is THE hottie on that one. Actually “Judith” and “Rose” are both hotter than most of the bimbo-of-the-week chicks the “Charlie” character beds down with ,IMO.

  2. Jami Gertz-- the mom on “Still Standing”.

I’m developing a very serious thing for Arthur Ramsey (played by Peter Dinklage) on Threshold. My husband actually likes the show, but it drives me up a freakin’ wall with the Bad Science[sup]TM[/sup]. The hubby says I just don’t know enough about linguistics to be offended by Ramsey’s technobabble, so that’s why I like the character.

And I was overjoyed to see that William Fitchner has a leading role in Invasion, as I am a long-time fan of his. The fact that he’s just so damn macho on Invasion is driving me wild. ROWRR!

And, uh, I got into Grissom post-beard. Facial hair sometimes has a strange effect on me.

When I discovered that Tom Bergeron and I share a birthday, I also discovered he’s hot. I’ve been watching America’s Favorite Home Videos ever since.

and I forgot
Judd Hirsch
and
Hal Linden

I may be alone in the universe, but I think Kathy Greenwood of Whose Line is it Anyway is hot.

I’m still mourning the loss of Brittany Snow and American Dreams.

Is there any reason to watch ER other than Parminder Nagra and Maura Tierney?
I suppose she wasn’t obscure at the time, but whenever this subject comes up I recall, with mixed pride and shame, that at 12 or so I was spanking it while thinking of Pam Dawber.

I spanked it to Richie Cunningham when I was a kid (especially to the things he got up to in my mind with Chachi). A friend of mine realized his “true calling” when he had “unusual” pre-pubescant feelings for Gil “Buck Rogers” Gerard.

You are by no means alone.

Goran Visnjic drool although not the character in his current whipped phase

You take Kathy, I’ll take Karen Maruyama.

Bea Arthur =P

Ok, serious answer… which has been posted already… Parminder Nagra. Also a new found one due to this thread… Navi Rawat… and I’ve never seen the show NUMB3RS before. I must have a thing for Indian women… they are very beautiful and have great accents.

<sidebar>Whenever I hear the name Goran Visnjic pronounced, I think of “Gorton’s Fishsticks”. Now whenever I see him on TV, in my mind I sing the jingle “Trust the Gorton’s Fisherman.”</end sidebar>

You got yourself a deal! You are quite welcome to Karen.

Heh. I’d almost forgotten that my big TV crush when I was a kid (like 6 or 7 years old) was Ron Ely as Tarzan. Almost nekkid…guh…I always got a little tingly feeling in my belly watching that on Saturday mornings…

i actually had a thing for Richard Thomas when I was 14 - but only because he looked like a guy in school I had a major crush on (who, after 4 months of me batting my eyelashes at him, finally asked me out…one of the worst dates I ever had
