Okay, I have an obscure one - foodie related; Ming Tsai. I used to watch his show all the time and picture myself sitting down with him to taste his dishes. 
Strange. Based on previous SDMB discussions, I though Bailey Quarters would surely have been mentioned by now.
I join the group of CSI Vegas hottie worshipers. Especially George Eads. When he calls someone “m’aam”, I melt. When he gets a little cranky at Eckley or Grissom, I love it. All those guys are hot. William Petersen - mmmmm. Even little Eric whatshisname has grown into a fine looking man. That just has to be one of the best looking casts of players on TV. The women are hot, too. That one lady who occasionally comes on to reconstruct a face so they can ID a body - yikes, she and Grissom need to just DO IT right now. Sexual tension to the max.
Believe it or not, there were times I thought how it would be to bounce bedsprings with Ellenor Frutt. THAT would be a ride.
