Çirca 1998-1999, Girl Wonder says, there was a TV commercial for Winn Dixie that featured the singing voice of Kiss’ Paul Stanley. If it wasn’t Paul, it was someone who sounded remarkably similar to him. She claims that the music sounded very much like Kiss. I don’t recall this commercial, but she’s convinced this exists. This would have been in the Louisville, Kentucky area. If I remember correctly, Winn Dixie is a southern grocery store, so that may narrow the area down somewhat.
Second, she’s looking for a movie, made for TV, late 70s. All she remembers is it’s about some kind of therapist, who is helping a little girl in therapy. The therapist starts to remember back when she was a little kid, and her parents were fighting. The therapist (as a child in a flashback) went over to her window. She places her hand on the pane of glass, and pushes so hard that the window breaks. The opening scene features the therapist as a child coloring with a blue crayon.
I’ve been singing the praises of this board for over 15 years. Girl Wonder is convinced that this is the day that you all fail, and that she will stand victorious.
Trust me, folks. She’s smug. Let’s knock her back to reality.
