I got these same kind of messages. It turned out the Grub Hub had links to a couple of hundred area restaurants on their website, but only had delivery agreements with half a dozen or so. The rest generated error messages.
I believe they link to restaurants they don’t do business as click bait, so they can go to those restaurants and argue they SHOULD deliver for them, because look how much business the restaurant is missing out on!
