Alex is beginning to piss me off a bit. His need to form a close relationship with another housemate based mainly on mutual ego-massaging and assurances of intellectual superiority to the hoi-polloi is getting a bit hard to take. First, it was Sandy, then Adele and now the slimeball Tim. His judgment is seriously in question in view of his gravitation towards that vile excuse for a human being. I have a pain in my swiss with the faux intellectual conversations (Animal Farm, for fuck sake) and his willing participation in discussions about how the whole grubby exercise is somehow beneath them.

I get the feeling that she lost that game on purpose, possibly in an attempt to get the men not to vote for her. Naked manipulation. nothing gains favour better than the oldest way in the world.
Kate however, seeing as she is older, knows more ways to manipulate the men than just using her body.

I saw the C4 coverage last night. Unsuprisingly, there was no mention of anything that could be described as Doner or Shish. Suggestions that the whole episode had no great impact on the annual sales of kleenex, other than possibly to clean up the vomit, are probably a bit unfair. I thought she looked quite cuddly.
