DX2: What magazine did Homer pretend to work for when trying to steal the trillion dollar bill from Mr. Burns?

In addition to the previously mentioned stuff, he’s also sold successfully Coleco computers (you gotta get the rust proofing) and his services as a lawyer.

Woohoo, first to answer one! Abe wanted to see cops beating up hippies, to the sounds of the Glenn Miller Orchestra.

Nope. He didn’t give it a special name, but he discovered a meal between breakfast and brunch.

MT2: Frink rules
MT3: Bloodbath and Beyond

Hmm…you might be right. Where the hell did I get lupper from? Maybe that was a different episode.

Judge Snyder has a statuette of a fishing clown. I think Judge Harm has a guillotine.

Good Vibrations.

You might be thinking of a 1996 two-part Seinfeld episode featuring Janeane Garafolo as a woman Jerry dates. At first, she seems perfect because she’s interested in all the same trivial stuff Jerry is (prompting him to go so far as to propose, for the seventh-season cliffhanger), but gradually he comes to realize that she’s just a female version of himself (her character “Jeannie Steinman” even has the same initials), and he can’t live with himself because he hates himself.

Anyway, at one point Garafolo goes off on a Seinfeldian observational-comedy mini-rant: “So brunch is a cross between breakfast and lunch? Then why’s there no lupper, or no linner?” This firmly cements in Jerry’s mind that it’s time to break the relationship off.

That’s right, I was picturing that scene in my head and could envision everything except the actual mark on the chest.

Techincally, he didn’t pretend to be from any magazine, Burns just assumed he was from Collier’s(sp?) magazine.

“I’m gonna write the best damn article!..Oh, right.”

I don’t even know what number to give this anymore, so I’ll make it 1,244 (a question from the future…future…future…future)

1,244: SO we all know Homer has an exact double (Guy Incognito), but he also has an almost exact double, same for him save the opposite sex and some hair. We were never given a name, buy what was she singing?

I am woman.
Hear me roar.*
