Um, why can’t I change my profile? When I tried, I got the “this email address is already being used” message. I saw that some people were having problems with freemail accounts, but this is the email account with my ISP. Any suggestions, or is this just one of those glitches y’all are working out?

Something about hotmail, yahoo and such accounts. There’s a way around it, but I can’t remember what it is. I just put in my other email address, as they both go to the same place anyways. Read the thread by Louie below, and the announcement at the top of the list.

I did read Louie’s post, but it seemed that deal with free email accounts. This is the email account I got with my ISP. Which, while cheap, ain’t free. Which is why I got a little confoozled. Which some would argue is a normal state for me, but anyway.
Let me send a note to our techs; we’ve had a couple of configuration problems with certain email addresses, including WebTv.
