Hey, they added “successors and assigns” to their retention of rights clause. Not planning to sell the Reader I hope?
Since they allow us to use our own postings, I think that’s OK legally, AFAIK. At least, I can’t think of any intellectual property problems presented there. I dunno if that puts us in privity of contract with their successors and assigns, but heck – it’s 3:20 in the AM, and I haven’t taken a contracts course in 7 months, and it’ll probably never come up, so I ain’t gonna lose a hair over it.
Maybe we’re used to being a one or two-click class of Internet user these days. The information is four-clicks away, in a sticky thread at the top of ATMB, as Ed Zotti said. I don’t see the problem (although why not start a thread about having to click th’ mouse button four times to find something? There’ve been other reasons for startin’ Pit threads just as banal.)

It’s two clicks, Ice Wolf. First, the Forum Jump at the bottom of every page to get to ATMB, then click on the Sticky Topic to read the thread.
