I’ve seen a wide variety of cartoon characters on boxers already. check out any department store.

I think I’d dig some Underoos with characters from Squaresoft RPGs on them. Chrono Cross and Final Fantasy underoos would whoop some serious ass.

…I have ALWAYS wanted a pair of B-52s underoos…I just like the way it sounds.
Don’t have a link or nothin’, but at one time I saw grown-up sized footie PJs at the local headshop. The legs were way too long for me (I’m 5’ 4") so they might fit someone 6’. They were tie-dye, though; don’t know if that’s your kind of thing.

Drain Bead… Sears had footie pjs for grown ups! My friend is 5’10" - 5’11" and she found some that fit her, so I’m sure you could find a pair!!! I have a very fuzzy, very comfy pair of footie pjs… sorry for the hijack!
The wife of a good friend of mine had some of these several years ago. She looked cute as hell in them. In fact (warning: Too Much Information ahead) we had great fun one night when she modeled several different ones for us, and even greater fun taking them off of her.
