kinda weird underwear question

My son is only 10 years old (he turned 10 last week), but he’s 5’1 and 120lbs. He wears men’s medium boxer briefs, and medium T-shirts, as well as pats and socks from the men’s section. In fact, it’s been over a year since we bought him clothes in the boys section.

Thing is, he wants cartoon and superhero underwear like you get in the boys’ section. I’ve found some, but some of the men’s underwear that’s cartoony has unfortunate double-entendres. I had to say no to the underwear with Pac-man and ghosts on it, because the waistband said EAT ME. I just told him it was too expensive. :frowning: I momentarily thought of buying it and switching the waistband with something neutral, but I just didn’t want to spend that much, and sewing waistbands on underwear is a headache.

So, anyone know of websites that sell cartoony, Underoos-type underwear in men’s sizes?

Target, JC Penney, and online ordering. Google Men’s Superhero Underwear.

I’ve been to Target. We just got Chewbacca underwear from there. I don’t know if we have a Penney’s. Googling superhero or cartoon underwear always ends up in boys, even if I put “men’s” in the search line.

I knew about webundies, but the eBay link is great! Thanks.

What a good Mom!

Congratulations on one hell of a decade!

Hot Topic.

Perhaps search by waist size (given your description, maybe " 28" ") when you do searches. (BTW, don’t bother doing this on Amazon. I just tried, and got…interesting results :o).

I’m guessing this cartoony elephant underwear is out of the question…

SuperHeroStuff seem to have a fair selection, and all age-appropriate, as far as I can see.

Quite a site. Nice to know “novelty underwear” somehow differs from non-novelty underwear.

Never knew some thongs had metal hardware in them (instruction page provided).

So is the SpongeBob underwear for adults I’ve found. The nose is just…wrong.
