Unintentional food combinations that create new flavors...

Jungle Juice, at least where I am, is a drink a lot of the frats serve at their parties. You mix Everclear with Hawaiian punch and orange soda and all different kinds of fruity goodness. And then you can’t taste the alcohol, but it’s there. Boy howdy, is it ever there. So girly. So strong. So good.[/QUOTE

A quick google search confirms that your version is the more popular variety of Jungle Juice. I still prefer the kind I got back home though. Just wish I knew what company made it… it’s driving me nuts.

Ate a slice of processed cheddar cheese after eating cottage cheese. I think I might have turned green. My boyfriend at the time took a bite of the same cheese, and said it was fine, so it clearly wasn’t that. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Can’t even think of how to describe the resulting flavor, other than “bad”.

Brownies are chocolate. Coffee with chocolate flavouring is good. But somwhow, brownies dunked in coffe taste like ash… or ass… or both.

:frowning:

Pack a ripe banana in a plastic lunchbox along with a mature cheddar sandwich; by lunchtime, the sandwich will miraculously taste of fresh vomit.

Fresh cut lime squeezed onto freshly sliced watermelon. Really really tasty, but doesn’t taste like watermelon or lime. Hard to describe the flavor.
