I think America’s drones are a terror campaign and regularly cause as much pain and suffering on innocent people as the most high profile ‘terror’ attacks.
Watching women’s basketball is like watching the Special Olympics.
90% of people who feel discriminated against are only looking for a reason to be offended and if everyone were to just chill out a bit the world would be a much happier place
Christianity is the only religion in the world you can openly discriminate against with zero repercussions
It’s impossible to love someone if you don’t like them
The best Metallica albums are Load and Reload
Roman Reigns is actually pretty good
Politics hurts and divides the world more than religion
There is no such thing as being bi. You’re either gay or just don’t care who you have sex with
Those who speak out against labels are the ones who cling to labels the most
Totally wrong on every single point.
This is the first list where I disagree with every one.

Kraft box mac-n-cheese is as good as anything you can get at a restaurant
A vast majority of IPA beers are trash. Don’t get me started on doubles or triples
Everyone votes in their own self interest, if it doesn’t appear so the issue is in your analysis of them rather than theirs of the situation
Gene editing technology will destroy humanity (Idk if this one is actually unpopular)
Oh, the irony of these two assertions back to back.
Really, I feel like christians are not comfortable with their faith unless they feel like they are being persecuted.
He did say 90%, so that leaves room. And Christianity often is, indeed, perceived differently than other religions. It’s one of those “We know it but don’t want to admit it” things.
I remember listening to an NPR news story sometime last Summer were a research group asked people specific question to gauge racist beliefs. Their conclusion was 60% of Republicans and 40% of Democrats held racist beliefs.
My friend turned to me and in a deadpan voice said, “We’re 20% less racist. Um. Yeah for us. I guess.”
Reminds me of the poll where 30% of surveyed Republicans and 17% of Democrats said the USA should bomb Agraba (the fictional country of Disney’s movie Aladdin.)
Woo hoo! I win!
I suspect that 90% of christians do not feel especially discriminated against – because they are not assholes. They are the ones who go to church 10 or 20 times a year and do not observe ramadan, or whatever that thing is that involves showing your breasts to get beads and then smearing ashes on your forehead.
But I am firmly convinced that exactly 87.4% of statistics are made up in the spot – even the ones for which there are scholarly cites.
Indeed. If you don’t think there’s racist Democrats, come to Chicago.
I agree with the soldier-worship, but for other reasons. The 80% (or is it more?) that aren’t trigger-pullers are doing regular jobs like the rest of us. They don’t deserve special thanks for defending our country or need bumper stickers that say “If you can read this in English…”
- I don’t owe Vietnam veterans anything. Yeah, you had to face some horrific shit over there but I didn’t send you and your going didn’t do any good. Some of you got screwed over when you got back and that’s too bad and if the government failed to keep any promises they made to you I hope you get made whole. I’d have more respect for you if you lay off the super-dee-dooper hyperpatriotism.
Respect for the fallen too much to ask?
- Vladimir Putin wants to resurrect the USSR and retake Eastern Europe and now has a stooge in the White House that will allow it to happen if he can make money off of it.
Tired Argument. Used as political fodder by those upset about previous election. Pure speculation.
- If you’re over 35 and single, there’s probably a damn good reason for it.
What of those who have a preference that way?
13) If you buy a handgun, a little part of you really hopes that you will someday kill somebody with it.
Absolutely not true
- Libertarians aren’t 1 percent as intellectual as they think they are. There’s a reason libertarianism has never been tried anywhere.
The Majority of people are morons and are more comfortable with “the usual” and don’t have the courage to venture into something they don’t understand.
- Not all Republicans are racist, but nearly all racists are Republicans.
As Pulykamell said, come to Chicago if you really believe that, see the Democrats here.
- The police violence against minorities that we see on video is a tiny fraction of what has happened for decades.
No way to prove or disprove this, but believing all Police are racist is ludicrous and counterproductive.
- The Confederate states should be allowed to secede right now. The rest of us are tired of them leeching off of us and foiling the progressive agenda.
There are no Confederate states, just one’s who identify a part of their regions previous culture with something that most of us view as barbaric and racist.
Even If I disagree, it is their right to be ignorant. State’s Rights.
- The government should shut down fake news sites, especially on Facebook.
By that Logic, the government should also shut down bleeding heart pieces that promote victimhood, e.g. EVERYTHING on CNN.
- The only fair way to conduct elections is by paper ballot counted by hand.
Fraud can be done this way easily as well. Only those who fear computers/know nothing about them seem to hate electronic voting or are still upset about G. W. getting the White House.
- Term limits would be a mistake and lead to more corporate control over Congress.
Absolutely wrong.
- Patriotism is, in general, a bad thing.
Only in complete ignorance, claiming a national identity is what allows cultural significance to show. The opposite is total globalization which diminishes all culture.
28) If you bring up the “give a man a fish, teach a man to fish” you’re probably racist.
No, it’s not. If I change someones oil, its done, they may ask again if they like it. If I teach them how, it will save them money to do it on their own. It is a phrase that has absolutely nothing to do with racism.
- Voter ID is nothing more than disenfranchisement of minorities.
No, it is not. It is to ensure only legal residents vote, regardless of country of origin. If you are not a citizen of the country, you have no right to vote in it, live in it. Not racist at all, no hidden meanings or undertones, thats just the way it is.
EDIT: Sorry MODS, accidentally screwed up the quoting brackets.

If you want to say something to a mod, send one a direct message or report your post. Making declarations to mods in the text of a post is pointless.

These retorts are largely irrelevant and meaningless.
That isn’t what a lot of Vietnam vets want. They want their asses kissed in perpetuity and/or their political opinions given more credence. Screw that.
What is your alternative explanation for why Putin backed his stooge?
That’s also a damned good reason.
Sure it is.
It isn’t that we don’t understand libertarianism. It’s that we do understand it and see it for the intellectually and morally bankrupt piece of shit that it is.
There may be isolated pockets but on the whole the KKK votes 100% Republican.
It’s a good thing that I didn’t say that all of them are racist. I’m just saying that those police that are bad have been getting away with murder for decades.
Of course there are no current Confederate states, but the list of those traitorous states that rebelled in the 1860s is quite well known. I don’t care how ignorant they are, I object to them holding the rest of us back.
No, CNN has journalistic standards. Your typical Facebook meme doesn’t.
Other nations do it quite well. Paper ballots can be archived and recounted.
No, absolutely right. With term limits, congressmen would have no time to gain expertise and have to rely heavily on outsiders to frame the issues, making for an easy path for corporate influence.
Patriotism gave us the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and gives political cover to atrocities committed by the military and by our spooks at Gitmo.
It’s generally a thinly disguised “white man’s burden” type of thing where we have to educate those ignorant savages about the value of work.
That’s what your masters want you to believe. The purpose is to suppress minority vote.
While I may not agree with what you say I will defend to the death your right to say it.
I’m provided my rebuttals inline since I do not want to do the quoting thing again.
Anyhow, I have no masters, and I do not believe in “White Man’s Burden” and not one person is a savage. Those who value their confederate “culture” only enrich us by showing their ignorance. Iraq and Afghanistan had everything to do with money, a slight bit of revenge, but money (my opinion) and nothing to do with Patriotism, there is a big difference between Imperialism and Patriotism. In terms of votes, what works for some other nations, maybe not work well here, paper ballots were used before and fraud existed then as well. Alternative explanation for the Putin/Trump thing? Two ideas. Either Putin likes Trump because it will piss off Obama’s American (Liberals) or he agrees with Trump’s business. Simple. I am into conspiracies but reading too much into that seems like McCarthyism at best. I wasn’t talking about the KKK, of course they would be because a subset or Republican values is more coefficient with their archaic believes, but that does not mean all Republicans are racist. As for Libertarianism. It is the “Ask Not, Want Not [except national defense]” that allows you to do whatever you want, complete freedom, given that you do not harm another person. It is the ultimate definition of Freedom and with that comes some sacrifices (e.g. not relying on the government to help, relying more on yourself and friends). That is a view from myself, a Libertarian. All Men/Women are inherently free and equal. I wish I could say the same for Republicans with their corporate shilling, keeping all of us down and broke, into a caste, or Democrats trying so hard to keep minorities down, by telling them and subverting them into thinking they are less than they are and that someone else is on top of them and better than them, all in an effort to get votes. I vote for Libertarian ideals whenever possible. It promotes Self-Reliance, Responsibility, Isolationism (on a national standpoint) and Respect for others. What part of that is morally bankrupt? Except for some who would take advantage of it for the negative, as other political parties also do.
EDIT: Forgot to mention Firearms. There is no way it is true that every gun owner secretly wants to use it on someone else. Maybe there are some, but vast majority do not. A firearm/gun is a tool. People kill people and if they want to kill somebody there is nothing and nobody to stop them, firearms or not. Most gun owners respect the tool for what it is and what it does, and have it as a last line of defense from people who do not want to obey the law.
…or getting elected President…
Fargo was just an OK movie.
The Force Awakens was a horrible movie
