When you are waiting in a long line (say more than 10 cars in front of you) on the freeway for an exit, and people come in at the last minute and try to cut their way into a last-minute merge into the exit, cutting off the 20 - 50 people who have waited their turn

Somebody tries to take a left turn from lanes other than the dedicated left turn lanes, cutting off the multiple other lanes that are going straight
If somebody does either of these and gets rammed, you show the cop / judge / insurance adjuster the dashcam video, and you are instantly absolved, and they are responsible for any damages to your car.
And lo a more polite and well behaved driving populace would ensue!
I’ve been an out-of-town driver where I’ve had to try to squeeze into a turning lane without prior notice.
All I can say is that most people are fucking jerks and don’t realize that one may have been unaware of the upcoming lane change. Just fucking relax and let someone in. How will it possibly affect your day?

I agree with you about the modern Conservative movement. Their goal since the 60s has been a return to Feudalism since they view that as the most stable Government (the chaos of the 60s really freaked them out and they attributed it to a powerful and relatively wealthy middle class). They want a small group of people at the top where wealth and power is concentrated, a tiny middle class that preforms services and a large group of people that essentially just work until they die. Every policy they support and implement is trying to get us closer to this ideal.

I also don’t fear Bio-engineering as much as many on the Left do. My fear though is it will become a tool only used by the wealthy because only they will be able to afford it and that they may create generations of improved progeny while everyone else is left behind.
