Squee!
Oh, that is too cute.
“Unspeakably cute” is the only possible way to describe her. What a cutie! Awwwwww…
guh. I just got all melty. I would like to give her a very small hat and scarf. I would also like to have tea with her, and maybe lay down in a meadow and take a nap with my head on her belly, jes’ talkin’ about life.
She’s all knees! And big dark eyes.
I see Giraffe hasn’t been keeping in line with the ‘post baby pics’ rule on the board…

Maybe that’s because Giraffe’s been told by his lawyers not to comment until the results of the paternity tests come back. ![]()
Actually, I think it’s because the baby giraffe’s screen name is Hot Buttered Toast.
We have a new baby giraffe, too: http://www.houstonzoo.org/en/photos/v/43

Just so long as it’s not the mother giraffe’s screen name.
I want one! I’ll love her and feed her treats! She can trim my trees.

Oh she is lovely.
Ooh, look, I’ve got all these legs to deal with and I am only just managing so far to work things out with the neck and how to hold the head up.
I saw a baby giraffe being born once at Marwell Zoo in Hampshire, and I was quite ridiculously pleased to learn later that little giraffe had been given the same name as my (real word) name. Not fair, actually: I think it deserved a better name.
Stupid web designers put a 3168 pixel high piccie in a normal web page. It’s taking forever to load in. Cute as a mother fuck, though.
