We went to the Roger Williams Zoo in Providence RI yesterday, and received a treat – we got to see a brand new baby giraffe that we hadn’t even heard about. It was born on Friday, and this was its first time out in public.
Unbelievably cute!
Unfortunately, although MilliCal took pictures, I don’t have them and can’t post any. Even more unbelievably, the Zoo’s own site only has a written announcement, and no pictures. And the Providence-area papers and news station websites don’t even seem to have carried this as a story!
