An update to this thread, where I said I was upset by the possibilty of my parents getting a divorce. Apparently, things are looking better. My dad has gone to counseling and read a book which has helped him. My mom is going to couples counseling with him. As of right now, a divorce is not in the plans, they are going to try and work things out. My mother is still in LA, but will be coming home on Wednesday.
That’s basically it: a little glimmer of good news at the end of a bad month.
