I just got a new job and because of the time difference, I really don’t have anyone with whom to share it. I’m leaving the frozen lands of Siberia for the shining paradise that is Kosovo! I know I’m new here, but pretend you care and smack me on the back!
Wow…I suppose going from the wasteland of Siberia to the overcast to the wonderful land of the Kosovars would be an improvement…somewhat. 
What were you/are you doing over there? Are you a national, or a misplaced American?

Thanks everyone. I’m an American that currently works for a not for profit that conducts academic exchanges between Russia and the US. I’m going to work for a treaty organization to help administer the upcoming elections. Kind of excited and nervous with the transition (and homesick)
