isam, I’ve never had a dog with puppies, so I don’t have a ton of early puppyhood development knowlege. However I have fostered & rescued (through two local shelters) close to 100 dogs. I’ve owned dogs my entire life & am fairly knowlegable, so feel free to email me if you have any questions.
Basics; first shots at 5 weeks, don’t let them go to a new home before 8 weeks. Try advertising them through your local vet clinic rather than the newspaper, particularly if they’re free. I live (unfortunately) in a city where illegal dog fighting is common. Free puppies & kittens are frequently obtained by pit dog owners for “training” their dogs. You really don’t want to think about what happens to those adorable little things if that happens.
