Well shoot, I may have really screwed the pooch here. I have a report at ripoffreport.com that I realize can’t be deleted, but I would like to update it to show that the dispute has been resolved. However, when I go into my reports and click “Update” next to the link to the original report, it takes me to the screen to file a separate rebuttal, not update the original report itself. I have a ticket open with their tech support to try to take care of this, but does anyone have any other suggestions? Anyone dealt with this before?
I realize now that RipOffReport.com is a hive of scum and villainy, and won’t be using them in the future, but I’m hoping I can deal with this issue somehow.
