You better believe Marcie’s gonna use the veto on herself!

Oh, and JayJay - I hope you’re a Survivor-watcher!

Darn you all…now I’m seriously thinking about catching Survivor as well! From the commercials, there are some damn fine men involved in this year’s crew…

Oh, almost forgot about the food competition this week. It was the…duh-duh-DUH…Dinner…from HELL! Fear Factor style. Pig’s feet, poi, nasty stuff. And lots of it. Yum Yum Eat 'Em Up (Jason) couldn’t compete because he was HoH, so they really had trouble. As far as I can tell, they got PB&J all week. And they’re going crazy.

Yesterday, when they were in lockdown all day while they set up the veto comp obstacle course, they were getting the shakes and feeling sick. This is at least in part because at least half of them are refusing to eat at all until they get real food again, and they all had coffee on top of it, so the caffeine had empty stomachs to work on. Marc actually thought that BB poisoned him. Dani was going stir-crazy, strutting around, staring at the cameras. Amy got giggly and silly and she was feeling sick, too. Lisa and Jason were the only ones who weren’t going completely loopy.

 I can just picture Marc as you’ve described him! Did he clutch at his chest, look off toward the mirror, and lift his other hand, palm backward, to his forehead in a dispairing salute?

You’ve got to do Survivor. It won’t be enjoyable now if you don’t. You’ll like it. Drama and soap opera galore! Naturally, when you isolate a bunch of people together that way, shit happens.

Eek! This could throw a wrench into the works. Apparently, they’ve informed the hamsters that evacuation is a possibility and to have their bags packed just in case.

Wow - a bushfire! I wonder where they would sequester the monkeys?

Omagawd, JayJay - I can. not. believe. you are even considering not watching Survivor!

It’s waaaaay better than this crap-errr Big Brother!

You had better watch Amazing Race, too!

Okay, those are really the only three tv shows I watch.

No, really.

:stuck_out_tongue:

You know what? I’d rather eat weeks and weeks of PB&J before eating pigs feet and other disgusting non-food “food.”

Ugh…I hate to throw the Roddiarians a bone, but these people are deadly dull since he left the house!

BB gave them t-shirt design kits so they could make 9/11 shirts. Not all that exciting, but, despite the subject matter, somewhat amusing. These people were actually fighting over whether the U.S. flag had 49 stars or 52 stars. And they had to rehearse the Pledge of Allegiance. I can’t even begin to express my feelings on this…

The hamsters were talking about wilderness survival and camping early, early this morning (around 1AM) and the subject of how one urinates/defecates in the woods came up. Dani was appalled at the thought of it, and Jason kind of made a joke about how she expected to get through Survivor with that attitude (it had come out weeks ago that Dani had tried out for Survivor). Dani lost it. She was screaming at Jason, and poor Jason was trying to explain that it was a joke, but Dani was going off about how it hurt her pride for him to doubt her ability to do Survivor. My eyes roll. Really.

Jason’s been getting a little snippy with Amy as well. She’s obsessing over Bucky (her pwecious canine schnoogum-woogums, for those who haven’t been privy to that information) and Jason has been completely contemptuous of her attitude toward the damn dog almost since the very beginning, though he’s hidden it better in the past. And I have to admit that Amy has that attitude toward her dog that makes it more into her child than her pet, and which tends to irk me when it crops up in my circle of friends as well. Of course, every time Jason says “It’s just a dog!”, Amy acts all injured and hurt. Go Jason!

Lisa and Marc have been secretly conferring…Marc says that if he gets HoH, he’s putting Dani and Jason up. He and Lisa then agreed that Jason goes (after all, Lisa would be the only vote). This assumes, of course, that Marc is still there. I still hold out great hope that he’ll be overconfident and not use the veto on himself and therefore will be out the door tomorrow. Then again, I’ve been called a cockeyed optimist before. Oh, wait…I’ve just been called cockeyed. Never mind.

Is this turkey on tonight, or what?

Ah, Lola, it wasn’t on Wed, we were swapped with the 9 eleven stuff. nuts. This is for California, of course.

They’re arguing over which one’s more wrong?

Yup, Lola, it’s on tonight for 2 hours. I haven’t confirmed a time yet.

jayjay, it’s on here in the East from 8-10.
That’s what it says in my TV guide.

So, what happened with the Golden Veto? Did the holder use it on themselves, or do we find that out tonight?

Sorry about that double post. Did someoen forget to give the board hamsters their morning caffeine again?

The Wrong Girl, we’ll find out tonight. The Golden Veto holder:

who happens to be Marcellus, can use it on himself if he want to. He’d be an idiot not to.
Dani and Lisa have told him that they’re voting for Amy, so he has toyed with the idea of not using it, but in reality they’re voting for him if he doesn’t veto himself. So they say.
On the TWoP board, it sounds like BB has instructed everyone but Jason to pack, since theoretically if Marcellus vetos himself, Jason could nominate anyone but himself. And that’s all being done live.

bites fingernails

Gadzooks!

That was craptacular!

Unbelievable!

Have people on the west coast seen it yet?

Unbelievable!
I busted out laughing when Julie whacked him over the head with her card. Too funny!

[sarcasm]Gee… who will she nominate? [/sarcasm] heh. Like we don’t already know!

That really was something. My pity is almost overwhelming my contempt for Marc.

I’m confused about something. How does Dani think she can win when she’s talked so much shit in the DR? She has no chance against either Jason or Lisa. Could someone explain how the next two weeks are going to go? Who votes?
