Montana.
In Washington State the very close House seat is now going D but it’s less than a point apart so still a toss-up. As of now it’s 8 D, 1 R and again one coin flip.
never mind
Another R. Thanks.
You have to put MT, ID and NE in the R column.
MI in the D column
So 54 seats minimum. Alaska is looking good and maybe a miracle in MS.
The previous 50 posts in this thread are completely mystifying.
Mississippi is so close!?
I am hearing that with >95% of the vote counted, Colom (D) is winning the Mississippi Senate race by 28 votes, out of nearly a million cast. This will clearly be going to a recount.
Data centres have taken a big hit tonight. The governors have flipped in the big data centre states. Anger over those is boiling hot.
It’s back to R up one point and I expect that’s how it will end.
Some of the outstanding votes are coming from colon’s home area…
For all the big headline wins, I think it’s important to also take joy in the little wins – Tricia Cotham, the North Carolina State Representative who won her seat as a Democrat then switched to the Republicans to give them a supermajority – lost reelection in the “safe” seat that Republicans carved out for her as a reward for her betrayal. And it looks like Democrats are poised to take the majority in the NC House of Representatives.
Hobbs (D) retains the governorship in AZ, as does Benson (D) in MI and Crowley (D) in WI.
Xavier Beccera (D) wins CA, while Little (R) retains ID.
?? Democrat Tony Evers is the incumbent.
Never mind. You fixed it. All good. ![]()
Of the Key Races, we now have Alaska leaning D, same with Michigan, and Nebraska leaning R.
Mississippi is leaning D also.
“Oh, there’s a big surprise! That’s an incredib… I think I’m gonna have a heart attack and die from that surprise!”

Is bloodbath the correct word to describe what is happening to the GOP?
The Hill has it called for Abdul in Michigan. ![]()
Looks like about 75% of Americans will now have Democratic Governors.
Are you talking about the US Senate races? Cuz ME does not have the GOP leading an Ind. for senate. It’s a Dem victory in ME.
Illinois governor JD Pritzker, to no surprise, won going away over Republican challenger Darren Bailey. Prizker currently has 59% of the vote, 4+ percentage points better than when he defeated Bailey in 2022. The win makes Pritzker the first Illinois governor to be elected to a third term since Jim Thompson back in the '80s.
Blackburn won in Tennessee but only by 2 points. Governor Lee won in 2022 by 32! Unfortunately, the Democrat lost my newly gerrymandered House district but it was very close. it looked like there would be no Tennessee Democrat in the House. But the Democrat pulled it off in the Nashville district so we still have one. And almost all the other races were within 2 or 3 points. It was so much better than I expected. Maybe there is hope for us.
