So I think I am ready to give one of these fabulous workout routines a chance. That said, I am not $120+ committed and it seems silly to not take a slightly used copy off of someone’s hands on eBay or Craigslist?
I have never used Craigslist so I am not sure about the safety and reliability of the transaction? Any experience or advice for not getting ripped off would be oh, so appreciated. Have any of you purchased the DVDs from a site other than the original makers?
CL transactions aren’t bad at all when you can meet the seller face to face and examine the product before you pay for it.
So just set up to meet the seller at their home or at some public location and check the discs and books before you hand over your money.
I agree. I’ve heard of a lot of people that bought P90x from people online just to get the discs in the mail without either of the books.
There seem to be a whole lot of stories of scams online, that I have read about, even since posting this thread so I am becoming more skeptical. I suppose if I could meet and demo the CL sellers DVDs that might be okay, but I am starting to think maybe I should just commit and buy them legitimately or keep doing cardio at the gym.
I bought mine off CL. I brought my laptop with me so I could test that the DVDs worked. Saved quite a bit of money.
