Model as tested has bright yellow exterior and black interior…the colors of venemous insects.
Starting the 281 cu.i. 3 valve motor brought a throaty rumble at home in Laguna Seca. An automatic tranny was shifting the gears :dubious: at an unremarkable pace…until I gave it some gas.
Anything else other than feathering the throttle would make this bad boy lurch ahead. The suspension was so tight I could feel a dime on the road if I rode over it.
This was one bad puppy.
