I’m in the process of buying my best fiend’s house in Birch Bay.
I won’t be living there though, until I: A) get laid off; B) Find a job in the Bellingham area; or C) a miracle occurs and the company I work for allows me to keep my job and telecommute from a remote office.
I currently live in Vancouver, but I grew up in White Rock and I still make it out there on a fairly regular basis to see my parents (and my cats). Not to resort to clichés or anything, but what a small world. Now, Fuji, do you actually live in White Rock, or are you one of those people who really lives in South Surrey but claims to be in White Rock? Either way, it’s such a nice area.

That’s cool. You’re probably pretty close to my parents. They’ve got an awesome view. I’d like to still be out in White Rock, except I don’t want to live with my parents at this point and if I’m paying rent I don’t want to have to commute.

I live in Richmond myself… and go into Vancouver a LOT, so it’s like my second hometown. 
Actually, it IS my hometown… I was born there.

Was just there last week, in fact … visited my cousin in the West End - what a great location! Even got to watch the fireworks display …
