My wife and I are in Vegas Super Bowl weekend and then I’m staying an extra couple days for work. We need a Super Bowl party near or on the Strip with guaranteed seating and good food. LeGasse’s is already booked full. I’d rather not hang in a Sportsbook. Cover charge is expected but I need to be able to see everything.

I am sure the concierge at your hotel will be able to help you out if you call them. If you wait until you get there, probably a dealer (or floor supervisor) can you some advice.
Many of the details won’t be posted until after the new year, but this link shows many options from last year to give you an idea of the options. You might contact ones that sound interesting in advance. I understand your hesitance with the sports books, as they are likely to be a bit crazy that day, but if you end up doing it, I like the ones at Bellagio and Mandalay.
