They put a speed trap near the corner where I work the other day. People drive 45 when the speed limit is 25 when kids are going/leaving school and I can’t recall how many times I nearly got hit when I went out there to stop traffic and people did not acknolege me.
Well, finally my day has come! They pulled over more people than I could count in the 45 minutes I was out there. They also caught several people that did not stop when I help up my sign and blasted my whistle. It was a good day. Now people drive very sloooow on that road, which makes my job a hell of a lot easier

That’s one speedtrap I wouldn’t get caught at. You never know what kids will do. I always pay attention to crossing guards, even if they do stupid stuff (some crossing guards do odd shit, but not Incubus, of course).
Better hope Randy Moss doesn’t drive by.

Please tell me that your state has a double-fine zone for speeding in a school zone?
(Personally, I think some states should have a ‘hammer to the kneecaps zone’ or "Sodomization by nightstick zone’)
