Mr. Ruby is a video collector. We could practically start up our own Blockbuster right in the comfort of our living room.
It’s time to catalog all of our DVD’s and VHS tapes so that we know what we have and where the heck it is. I’ve googled and there’s several software programs out there but which one to choose? This will be a huge investment of our time to catalog all of theses movies and I don’t want to have to do it twice.
Any suggestions?
I have picked up the various programs from Collectorz.com and found them useful and not too hard to use. I haven’t bought the Movie version yet because I don’t have enough DVDs to make it worthwhile, but I am planning on it.

No problem. Just so you know, a bar code scanner makes things go a lot faster. I just got the Flic scanner they list on their page and it really makes putting my books in a lot faster. I but in a batch, get their Amazon.com info, then go back and edit/update from other sites to get the information I really want. I just wish there was a way to do that for my comics.
